Each order is shipped with USPS Ground Advantage and comes with a tracking number. Made to order items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from the order date. All other orders will be shipped within 5-7 days from order date.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for US orders
1-3 months for international orders
** For EU and UK customers, please read below **
For EU customers : As of July 1st, 2021, all orders shipped to the EU will be held at customs until any import tax is paid (VAT tax). All custom fees and/or import tax will be paid by the customer and not me. I recommend putting a phone number at checkout so you can be contacted when your package is at customs as well as keeping up to date with your package to insure that it doesn't get held up at customs!
For UK customers : As of now, I will not be shipping to the UK because of VAT Tax. I do not currently have the resources to navigate the complex VAT tax process but hopefully will be able to in the future.
For other international countries : Each country has it own custom fees and the customer is responsible for paying these fees. To avoid having your package held up at customs, I recommend keeping up to date with your package!
If any orders are returned back to me, I would be happy to resend the package but you will be responsible for paying for the shipping again. If you would like a refund instead, I will refund the value of the items minus the shipping.

Returns or Exchanges
Seafoamrabbit does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations.
****As each order is made with the utmost of care, I am not responsible for lost mail. However if your item arrives damaged in transit, please reach out to me via email, [email protected]. We can sort something out together :)
Packaging
All packages are packed with recyclable or used material! Unless specified, all packaging material can be recycled!
Any material that is not curbside recyclable is from my personal packages and is reused. I am not perfect but I am always actively trying my best to eliminate the amount of waste my business produces :)
I encourage you to reuse any material you receive from my packages as well.
